At Silvertine the best value is a combo hunt! You can hunt multiple trophies of one species, or mix and match as you like. The prices of your "Second Buck or Bull" is for your customize combo hunt, and can not be applied to a second hunter. No further discounts can be offered on Second Buck or Bulls. Must be equal too or lesser in value. For adding a Exotic to your combo hunt please contact me for the reduced rates.

Deer Base Hunt Price:
A $3,000 fee will be charged if a trophy is not taken during the scheduled hunt at no fault of Silvertine Wildlife Co. If we are unsuccessful in providing a reasonable opportunity for you to harvest a trophy, then no fee will be charged and your hunt will be rescheduled for a later date or your money refunded in full.

Preserve Fees:
Lodging, guide wages, transportation, 4 nights, 3 days, 3x1 $450.00, 2x1 $550.00, or 1x1 $650.00. Book 4 - 6 in party and the entire preserve is yours for the hunt! Our three day hunts to accommodate the hunter with a busy schedule. These rates apply to Non-Hunters as well.

What is included in your hunt?

Four nights and three days of fully serviced accommodations.
All bedding, food and non-alcohol beverages are provided.
Experienced, talented guide services.
All Taxes
Field preparation and initial preparation of your meat and skinning, caping, and freezing of your cape, with additional preparation of antlers for transportation.
SCI scoring with photos taken.
Use of small shooting range and archery target.
Delivery of meat to local processor (meat processing not available at Lodge)
Delivery of trophies to taxidermist (if requested).
All Initial Export permit.

Not-included in your hunt:

Alcoholic beverages.
Any Supplementary Export permits $50.00 (Products shipped at a later date)
Gratuity

Firearm Rental:
We have several Firearms in Camp for our guests to use if the wish. A .270, .338, and a .50 Inline Muzzleloader. There is no fee for their use, and this includes one round . . . the second shot is $10, the third $20, the forth $30, and so on . . . ha,ha, just kidding!

Deposit:

A standard deposit of 25% is asked for to reserve dates and trophy. The balance owing is payable before the hunt is to begin in cash, travelers checks, or money order and held in trust by outfitter. Repeat hunters only may pay balance owing with personal checks.

Guarantee Policy Terms;

Term 1A) If the guest books a hunt for certain size animal and they shoot a smaller trophy on the guide’s recommendation, the animal that was accidentally harvested the guest will not be charged for, and can continue to hunt. If the hunter decides to harvest a smaller animal than contracted, the trophy fee will be adjusted. 1B) If the guest books a hunt for certain size animal and they shoot a larger trophy on the guide’s recommendation, the animal that was accidentally harvested the guest will not be charged for an upgrade to the larger animal, but the hunt contract will be considered filled. If the guest decides to harvest a larger animal than contracted, the guest will owe the outfitter the additional trophy fee upgrade.

Term 2) All deposits are non-refundable (except under term 5). If a guest wishes to cancel his/her hunt the deposit can be carried forward to a subsequent year.

Term 3) If the guest fails to arrive, the deposit is non-refundable.

Term 4) Once paid upon arrival “Preserve Fees” are non refundable, even in the event the hunter leaves earlier than scheduled.

Term 5) Only if the hunter fails to harvest his animal by choice during the hunt, or we could not find the animal during their hunt, they will receives a full 100% refund of the trophy fee. Or it will only be refunded if the hunt is sold either by himself or by the company to another hunter.
