Customized Dates for 2026:
TROPHY HUNTS September to Late October: ​These hunts are structured for a weekend hunt. Guests can choose a Wednesday or Thursday arrival in camp, depending on when they want to return home. Factors to consider are International guests, work schedule, travel times, group size, or how many species they wish to harvest. 

MEAT HUNT/HARVESTS Late October to End of November: We have a weekend option where guests arrive in camp Friday evening and hunt Saturday and Sunday. Vast majority of guests will harvest on day one, and can plan on leaving Sunday.  We also have a mid week option as well, where hunts operate from a Tuesday and Wednesdays, or Wednesdays and Thursday.

100% GUARANTEED OPPORTUNITY 
* I do not offer archery hunts, rifle hunts only.
* Rifle Hunters: 100% GUARANTEED OPPORTUNITY or you don't pay the BASE HUNT FEE. The $3,950.00 Base Hunt Fee will "ONLY" be charged if an reasonable opportunity to harvest a animal in your class IS presented during the scheduled hunt to cover the cost of the hunt expenses. If you choose not to harvest or miss your shot oportunitys, you will be required to pay the Base hunt fee to cover the cost expences of the hunt. If a trophy IS TAKEN the Base Hunt Price is INCLUDED in the Trophy Fees.
* It is the intention of Silvertine Wildlife Co. to provide our guest, a reasonable opportunity to harvest a trophy animal in their contracted size range. In the event that opportunity does not present itself, you will be refunded the full Base Hunt Fee and balance owing of Trophy Fee.
* All hunts are fully guided, so your guide will determine the TROPHY EVALUATION TERMS prior to taking a shot. You must receive approval from the guide before any shot is taken. Your guides Evaluation of YES, THIS TROPHY IS WITHIN YOUR CONTRACTED SIZE RANGE will fulfill the obligations of Silvertine Wildlife Co. - there will be no Base Hunt Fee refund.
* In the event a shot is attempted and/or game is wounded, the obligation of Silvertine Wildlife Co. is met, and there will be no Base Hunt Fee refund. Every reasonable attempt will be made to recover a wounded animal.

TROPHY EVALUATION TERMS
There is a reason we offer our trophy hunts within a set range of inches in size. We do not score the vast majority of our trophies prior to our hunter’s arrival, plus it is impossible for your guide to judge these trophies to within a few percentages of their score in the field. Your guides WILL NOT judge the trophies in the field to a precise few inches, this is impossible. When a trophy is found, your guide will give you 4 possible judgement calls. No, Yes, Low End, High End.
* NO: The trophy is not in your contracted size range.
* YES, THIS TROPHY IS WITHIN YOUR CONTRACTED SIZE RANGE: The guide is certain the animal will fall within your contracted size range. If you decide to harvest the animal based on the guided judgment and a trophy is killed is in the lower contracted size range, you will not be charged for this animal and can continue to hunt. If the trophy is harvested and falls into the higher contracted size range, you will not be charged for the upgrade, but the hunt contract will be considered filled.
* LOW END: Your guide estimates that the trophy animal you are looking at will fall somewhere in the low end of your contract size range or at the top end of the lower size range. To take the shot and harvest this animal is now your choice and if the animal falls into the lower size bracket you will be refunded the difference.
* HIGH END: Your guide estimates that the trophy animal you are looking at will fall somewhere in the top end of your contract size range or at the bottom end of the lower size range. To take the shot and harvest this animal is now your choice, and if the animal falls into the higher size bracket you will be expected to pay the difference.

Non-Refundable Deposit
It is the responsibility of the buyer to be aware that the the deposit is non-refundable. Upon execution of the hunt agreement/booking, the buyer will immediately pay Outfitter a non-refundable deposit in the amount of 25% of the hunt cost (the “Deposit”). In NO event shall the Deposit be refundable to Buyer. The Deposit shall be credited against the balance owing of the hunt price in camp. 

​The balance owing is payable before the hunt is to begin in cash, travelers checks, or money order and held in trust by outfitter. Repeat hunters only may pay balance owing with personal checks.

If a hunter wishes cancel his/her hunt with 90 days notice, the “Deposit” can be moved to a subsequent year, but the hunt price will be subject to change in the subsequent year.

NON Hunter Rate is $300.00 for three day hunts, and $200 for two day hunts. Non-hunters are allowed to accompany the Hunter and be involved in the hunt 100%.

What is included in your hunt?
* Four nights and three days of fully serviced accommodations.
All bedding, food and non-alcohol beverages are provided.
* Experienced, talented guide services.
* All Taxes.
* Field preparation and initial preparation of your meat and skinning, caping, and freezing of your cape, with additional preparation of antlers for transportation.
* SCI scoring with photos taken.
* Use of small shooting range and archery target.
* Delivery of meat to local processor (meat processing not available at Lodge)
* Delivery of trophies to taxidermist (if requested).
* ​Firearms and Ammunition if needed.
*  All Initial Export permit.

Not-included in your hunt:
* Alcoholic beverages.
* Any Supplementary Export permits $75.00 (Products shipped at a later date).
* Gratuity

Firearm Rental:
We have several Firearms in Camp for our guests to use if they wish. A .270, 30-06, and a .338. There is no fee for their use, and this includes one round . . . the second shot is $10, the third $20, the forth $30, and so on . . . ha,ha, just kidding!

Trophy Fee Refund Policy:

Term 1A) If the client books a hunt for contracted size range (IE: 350-390" Elk) animal and they shoot a smaller than contracted size range on the guide’s recommendation, the animal that was accidentally harvested the client will not be charged for, and can continue to hunt. If the hunter decides to harvest a smaller animal than contracted, the trophy fee will be adjusted.

1B) If the client books a hunt for contracted size range animal and they shoot a larger trophy on the guide’s recommendation, the animal that was accidentally harvested the client will not be charged for an upgrade to the larger animal, but the hunt contract will be considered filled. If the hunter decides to harvest a larger animal than contracted, the client will owe the outfitter the additional trophy fee upgrade.

Term 2) Deposits are NON_REFUNDABLE. If a hunter wishes to cancel his/her hunt the “Deposit” can be moved to a subsequent year. If the hunter fails to arrive in camp no money will be refunded.

Term 3) Base Hunt Price 100% GUARANTEED OPPORTUNITY:
A $3,950.00 Base Hunt Fee will be charged if a trophy is not taken during the scheduled hunt at no fault of Silvertine Wildlife Co. If we are unsuccessful in providing a reasonable opportunity for you to harvest a trophy in your contracted size range, then no fee will be charged and your hunt will be rescheduled for a later date or your money refunded in full. *Guarantee Opportunity does not apply to archery hunters.

Wounded Game Terms:
All Wounded Game will be considered harvested game. Trophy fees are paid on all killed or wounded animals that are believed to be fatally wounded. Every attempt will be made to secure wounded game. If you wound an animal you will continue to hunt for that wounded animal only. If the animal is found dead at a later date you will be notified and the antlers arranged to be shipped to you. If the wounded animal is harvested by a succeeding hunter then you will be notified and Trophy Fee refunded 100%.

Our ranch genetics have broke the 600' mark, so I guess we need to start a 600 CLUB?

It's a sight to behold to see one of our massive bodied bulls being packed out on the back of our trusty side-by-sides. We retrieve all animals WHOLE off the preserve to keep it clean for our guests. Bulls are brought back to the base camp and skinned/cleaned there. 

​Hunting is not always about hunting, and how big the trophy is, it's also about FAMILY and sharing priceless lifelong memories. I just want to extend a HUGE thank you to all our guests that choose Silvertine for their family hunts, it is a huge honor for me to be part of your family's special moments.
