|  Finally I am back home in British Columbia and trying to do a bit of updating on my website everyday, but there is so much I want to share and show with all of you its going to take me some time. Silvertine had its best year to date with around 76 guests and harvesting well over 150 trophies, many of which were new Records and all of them were trophy class animals! Our big seller was our Trophy Elk this fall, and we delivered some HUGE Bulls to our 45 guests, ranging in size from 325-460+. Our Whitetail bookings were down this year than the average, with around 20 guests harvesting bucks from 150-240", and we killed more 200"+ bucks this fall than ever before! I expect BIG things from our Deer Herd in 2013, so if a Trophy Whitetail Hunt is in your plans for 2013, please give us some serious consideration as we will have some MONSTERS next year. With continued plans to make our hunting ranches better, we plan on finishing our Trophy Deer Hunting property this spring. Wild Boar hunts sold like hot cakes this fall, with around 40 being harvested, and some of the largest we have ever produced.  Its the time of year when my business really gets rolling and our line up of HUGE Bull Elk start to finish off their annual antler growth. We have been very fortunate this year to have just the right amount of rain and sun shine for the bulls to grow to their optimum potential. Having great relations with majority of Canada's elk breeders I have the option of buying many of the "Best" and "BIGGEST" Bull elk before they head south across the border to many of the large scale elk hunt ranches in the USA. That means I have an opportunity to present to you Trophy Rate that are about HALF the price many of the guys in the USA will pay for the EXACT same bull! I just returned from Saskatchewan last night and had a few really nice days scouting around the Silvertine properties looking for sheds and checking out he Bucks and Bulls as they grow antlers for this falls hunters. Holy cow is all I can say, there is going to be some dandies! I seen some bucks and bulls that should score well into the 400" class and many whitetail bucks of all sizes, and all of them carried great mass and tine length. I expect great things this fall, and some very happy hunters! Saskatchewan has received some good rains this spring and the growth of browse and grass is unreal. The bush is going to be thick, so expect a challenging hunt! I am looking forward to fall . . . .can't wait!

 Spring of 2013 will see myself and a few friends returning to South Africa to hunt with my good friend Theo.  Well it seems Silvertine is starting to move into the 21st century with our website. We have joined the likes of "Facebook" (I just sent a request out to my wife to see if she wants to be friends, I'll keep my fingers crossed!) "YouTube", "AdWords", and renewed our old and new internet advertising in our ongoing attempt to be found easier by internet searchers. I hope it all pays off, as its been a nighmare of computer stuff, and a lot to learn. I recently started www.hoghunting.ca in an attempt to market my Boar hunts, man we got some awesome boars, not sure why guys have not been buying them, they don't get any bigger and better than ours . . . My days seem to be keeping Very Full, as I was wishing they would slow down after the end of my guiding season, but I guess that's good, as I have not had much time to go hang at the local watering hole . . . We will be starting a "Big Game Club" here shortly at Silvertine for all booked guests. This feature will allow clients access to log-in to files and information that is revelant to their booked hunt with us. As well there will be hunt specials, maps, links, videos, and gobs of other info for them. As well as a "Client to Client" link so booked guests could talk to many of our repeat hunters and ask them questions about Silvertine. I will keep you posted.  Hello Folks! Well another season has came and went and I was hoping things would slow down for me the days seem to run by. This was Silvertines Best season ever, with 72 guests and around a hundred trophies being taken. I am trying to up-date my website a little each day but between my taxidermy, our ranch animals here in BC, strong bookings and client contacts, my days just seem to vanish.
