"Wow, what a special place. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Ravens Roost cabin during my elk hunt. I forgot how quiet true wilderness could be. The setting, the log work, and the craftsmanship in the carvings is remarkable Steve, this cabin is a work of art."

Silvertine's Elk Hunting spike camp and Day Use cabin is a very special place. In our continued effort to created the ultimate Elk Hunting destination, we now offer a spike camp for those hunters that want to "Rough It" in the true wilderness,  surrounded by forest that is filled by some of the largest bull elk in the nation. Ravens Roost sleeps two hunters and a guide comfortably. There is no power in this camp, so your guide will cook for you on a gas stove or open fire. You will enjoy the total solitude and silence of a true wilderness, just the sounds of wind in the trees, the hiss of the propane lights, and the crackling of the camp fire each night.

Even if you stay in the cabins at the main lodge, all our hunters will enjoy spending their mid-day lunch break at Ravens Roost Camp enjoying fresh baked bannock sandwiches, soup, and snacks, s they can save time traveling back to the main lodge and get more elk hunting in.

Ravens Roost Spike camp is one more reason why Silvertine is a "Heaven for the Elk and the Elk Hunter".
